
SAP S/4HANA Configurator with Individual Price Indication
Challenge
Introducing or migrating to SAP S/4HANA is a complex undertaking for any company, with no standardized approach. Each organization brings its own IT infrastructure and unique business processes. The All for One Group needed a tool that provides potential customers with orientation in this complexity while simultaneously serving as a qualified lead generation instrument in the sales funnel. The first step in the funnel had to be paved.
Our Solution
We developed an interactive web configurator with a VueJS frontend and Java Spring backend. A multi-step questionnaire guides users through an individual configuration logic with an integrated rule engine and price calculator. The result: a personalized price indication and matching service packages for the customer's SAP S/4HANA journey. Results can be saved, shared, and submitted anonymously. Through the interface to HubSpot's CRM component, qualified leads are transferred directly into the sales process. Integration with the existing FirstSpirit CMS enables independent content management.
Results
The configurator transforms a complex consulting process into an accessible, interactive experience. Customers receive a well-founded price indication for their SAP S/4HANA conversion without an initial personal consultation. The All for One Group generates qualified leads directly in the CRM and can efficiently map the difficult first step in the sales funnel.
