
Digital Brand Platform - Accessible and Scalable
Challenge
Erenja is part of a corporate structure with eight associated energy and utility brands. The challenge: all brands needed to be brought onto a shared technical and design foundation without losing their individuality. At the same time, accessibility to WCAG standards, editorial independence, and a scalable infrastructure for future brand rollouts had to be ensured. The integration of external systems such as price calculators, chat and consent management added further complexity.
Our Solution
On Ibexa Experience Cloud, we built a multisite-capable platform architecture that can be efficiently replicated. Erenja received an individual theme within the central pattern library along with numerous new modules for brand presentation. The modular form builder was extended with file upload capability. External price calculator components were integrated and visually customized. A new editorial section with its own content model enables a full-featured online magazine with search integration. Navigation clearly separates B2C and B2B content. All components were built WCAG-compliant from the ground up.
Results
The successful go-live demonstrates that digital independence and system efficiency are not mutually exclusive but complementary. The editorial team creates landing pages, forms and article overviews independently - without agency support and without code changes. The technical components are highly reusable for the rollout of the remaining seven group brands. The agile collaboration enabled tailored solutions despite high customization requirements.
