Challenge
Four separate WordPress instances for different business units (damask fabrics, corporate fashion, seat covers, architecture) with various B2B and B2C target audiences. High hosting and maintenance costs, no unified design system.

Our Solution
Strategic platform consulting and migration to Ibexa DXP in a PaaS model. Atomic Design with PatternLab and system-driven theming per business unit. SolR search with filtering. Integration of Sendinblue, UserCentrics and walls.io. New information architecture with persona models.
