Introduction of Ibexa as a central platform. Central UI framework for all countries. Country-specific HCP authorizations with API verification against official registries. Content approval process with Veeva Promomats integration. MVP approach for rapid go-live, starting in Sweden, then rollout.
Results
Complex international framework successfully established. Foundation for rollout in 6+ countries (Sweden, Norway, Spain, Finland, Denmark, Ireland). Planned expansion with learning platform and CRM integration via Ibexa Connect.
