
Global Corporate Website with FirstSpirit Cloud
Challenge
Witzenmann, a global market leader for flexible metal hoses and expansion joints, needed a fundamental relaunch of its corporate website. The new solution had to be scalable to 16 country and language variants and generate leads through consistent customer orientation.
Our Solution
In cooperation with our sister agency 21TORR, we developed a comprehensive content strategy along the customer journey. The information architecture was completely rebuilt. FirstSpirit Cloud was used as the CMS - with PatternLab as a living styleguide, integration of DAM, CRM and Translation Studio.
Results
The project was awarded the Quality Approved Project seal by Crownpeak. The new platform generates measurably more leads, is GDPR-compliant and was delivered on time and on budget using agile methods.
